Gentlemen,
This is our last week of Regular Season games.
Please ensure to report your score right after your game so we can populate the playoff schedule on the website.
The playoff schedules can also be found on the website under the Games Centre menu.
A few reminders…
Playoff Format:
- For the playoffs, it is a true double knockout format as we decided a couple years ago, so the same as last year
- The “International Tiebreaker Rule” is not in effect during the playoffs. These games will be played until completion without regard to time limits
- The umpire will supply one new ball. The Home Team will supply a good used 2nd ball
Player Eligibility:
- Remember, players MUST have played in a minimum of 5 games to be eligible to play in the playoffs AND be on the roster.
- You can only play for ONE TEAM
- These three rules can be protested by the opposing team and will result in a loss for the offending team if it is proven the offending team broken any of these rules
Reminders:
- Start times are 6:30pm and 8:15pm (NO grace period)
- You need a minimum of 8 players to play the game
- IF a player is injured during the course of the game such that he cannot make it to 1st and IF the game would be forfeit without said player remaining in the lineup, a runner from the screen may be allowed at the discretion of the umpire.
- The Home Run Rule is Match +2. Additional home runs above limit are scored an out
