History, Royal City Men's (Guelph Slo Pitch)

The Royal City Men’s Slo-Pitch League was organized on April 6, 1982 to promote and operate a competitive slo-pitch baseball program in the City of Guelph.

On September 24, 1986 the Executive of the League obtained Letters Patent and the Royal City Men’s Slo-Pitch League was incorporated as a non-profit corporation without share capital.

The League has grown from its original size of 10 teams and has reached its current peak of 37 teams, playing in five separate divisional categories.
