GMRSPL – Ball registration closes today!
We will be establishing team numbers based upon our registration numbers at the end of today. So please encourage friends and family to sign up for the 2023 season. For those who have not yet registered please do so to avoid potential disappointment.

As well, a reminder that Marcel Dore has offered to lead us in pre-season warm up training in April for GMRSPL players. We plan three sessions on Thursday April 6, 13 and 20th at the Royal Distributing Athletic Performance Center at 7384 Wellington County Rd 30 (Marden Road). The focus will be on stretching, warm ups and cardio in order to try to reduce potential strains and injuries when we start the season. Please see the link at:
