Gentlemen,
We have secured the location for our April 27th meeting.
The meeting will take place at Louie’s on Lewis, 84 Lewis Road, Guelph from 7:00pm – 8:00pm. There is no formal meeting or agenda, simply a drop in to collect your balls, score books and keys for the season. If you have questions, the executive will be available during 7:00pm – 8:00pm to chat.
Final league payments are due BEFORE the April 27th meeting.
SPO Rosters
I have recently sent email notifications to all rostered players as a reminder to sign up and pay for the SPO insurance. Make sure your players check to ensure they have their current email address on file with SPO.
Only rostered and insured players are allowed to play in our league. Additionally, using unrostered players can be protested by opposing teams and would result in you losing the game if found to be true.
Currently, there are four teams with less than 8 players on their roster. These MUST be completed, and insurance paid prior to your first game.
League Fees
I have informed each coach what their remaining league fees are and to send Brandi an EMT.
If you are not paid in full prior to the April 27th meeting, you will not be allowed to pick up your balls, score books or keys.
If you cannot attend the meeting, send someone on your behalf. I will not be chasing teams to hand out what you were to pick up at the meeting.
